The Elf hisself, Santa Claus will be taking a break from his busy schedule before Christmas Eve to have breakfast with his favorite people -- the children and families of Butte -- at the Metals Sports Bar & Grill at 8 W. Park Street from 9:30 am until 11 am.
This year, all children under 12 eat for free, courtesy of Mainstreet Uptown Butte and Uptown businesses.
Santa will also be bringing small gifts for children who join him and his elves with their parents.
“I just want to say thank you in advance to all of the children of my favorite Montana city for all of the cookies and milk to help keep up my energy during my rounds and the many carrots that I expect to gather up for my reindeer on Christmas Eve,” said Santa Claus.
All around, Uptown Butte will be decked out in holiday splendor and decorated for the season and families are encouraged to explore the many businesses in the final few days before Christmas to see the last-minute gift ideas available.
