Explosions heard at finish line of Boston Marathon

The New York Times reports that two explosions were heard at the finish line of the Boston Marathon. The race ends inside the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel. Authorities are investigating.

Ream resigns FWP commission

After being told by Republicans that he would not be confirmed again for his post on the Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks Commission, Bob Ream resigned from the commission, saying that he would rather resign than be subjected to a "sham" hearing, KXLF reports. Ream was the chairman of the commission, and he was reappointed to the commission by Governor Steve Bullock in March.
