Even the"office cat" knew about the phone hacking practices of Rupert Murdoch's "News of the World," said Dan Evans. Evans was a reporter at the paper, and he was testifying at the trial of his former boss,Andy Coulson. Coulson had been editor of the paper.

After resigning from "News of the World" during a previous phone hacking scandal, Coulson became spokesperson for the British Prime Minister, David Cameron. Coulson denies the charges, but Evans testified, "Coulson knew it," CNN reports.

Amanda Knox found guilty

Amanda Knox was found guilty of murder by an Italian appeals court. It is unlikely that Knox will face extradition, as American courts do not allow acquitted defendants to be retried for the same crime, FOX4 in Kansas City reports.
